Sometimes when you receive a quotation for people transport, it’s hard to see the wood for the trees.
Here at Bouden Coach Travel, we want our clients to know what they can expect from their booking. We believe that being 100% open and honest from the start is the best way to meet your needs.

What’s Included  

Whether the booking is for a car, minibus or coach; you can rest assured that all vehicles are appropriately licensed and have the correct insurances.

All quotations include the vehicle hire, the fuel, the driver and insurances. Anything additional to this should be discussed with a member of the team.

Quotations are based on the number of passengers and amount of luggage stated. Should you wish to book, we will provide a vehicle which is suitable for this amount of passengers only. For example; Where 10 passengers are travelling, your quote will state a 10-16 seat minibus. This means that we may send you a vehicle which has between 10 and 16 seats. If your passenger number increases please let us know and we will advise on the most suitable option for you – it doesn’t always have an impact on the price.

Quotations are based on the times selected. If the times change, let us know and we have look into this for you and advise on the best option for you.

Quotations are only valid for 10 days, after the 10 days prices can fluctuate. It is best to call a member of our team on 0800 112 3770 to discuss your quotation if it has past the 10 day time period. 

What’s not  

Typically the cost of any associated parking charges, tolls, ferries, drivers accommodation and extra pick ups or drop offs are not included in the price quoted.

However, we are here to help should you have any questions. For most journeys, this will not apply. If you are unsure, call 0800 1123770 and choose either the sales or operation team option and our advisers will be happy to help.

The Route  

Our drivers are under strict instructions to use the SAT Nav’s provided as these are specialist to the vehicle class. These SAT Nav’s use real time updates in order to avoid traffic delays as well as any obstructions which may make it difficult for the vehicle to navigate. If you require the driver to take a specific route, this should be agreed at the time of booking. The operations team will then be able to advise on whether this is possible.

 Tours     

Where the driver is expected to stay with the group for a period of time, his accommodation will need to be provided. You can either arrange this yourself, or a member of our staff can do this for you at an additional cost.

How do I pay?

Making a payment is easy and we have three different options for you to choose from.

You can pay over the phone by debit card, credit card or make a bank transfer. The choice is yours.

When making a bank transfer, it is important that your quotation/booking reference is used as the payment reference so that our accounts team can match your payment.

To secure your booking you will need to pay a 30% deposit, and then fulfil the final balance at least 14 days prior to travel.

If your booking is less that 14 days away, make sure you give our team a call on 0800 1123770 to check the availability. This will also mean that a full payment will need to be made at the time of booking and payment will need to be paid via bank transfer.

Are you an event organiser for clubbing nights?

At Bouden Coach Travel we love to provide transport for fun clubbing nights out. One thing we will need from you when booking coaches for this type of event is a damage deposit in case of any damage or cleaning charges. Please bear in mind that this damage deposit will not be included in your quotation. Once the job is completed,  if there is no damage or soilage charges, you will get 100% of this back on the same day.
