Part Time Business Support Administrator 

 

Are you looking for a part-time position which is flexible around you?

Our growing team is looking for a part-time admin assistant to work 27.5 hours per week. This position is perfect for someone looking to fit work around their school run, or someone who wants the flexibility of part-time employment.

Hours can be set as working from 09:00am and 15:00pm or on a flexi-time basis during the office hours which are between 09:00am and 17:30pm Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the sales and operations manager, ideally, we will be looking for someone with a sales or accounting background as responsibilities will include:

– Uploading purchase orders and sales invoices to sage

– Answering emails as required and inbound telephone calls

– Chasing overdue payments from clients

– Maintaining client records and ensuring full details have been obtained for bookings

– Any other admin tasks as required

 

Full training will be provided but someone with experience of working in an office environment is required.

 

This opportunity is offering the national minimum wage.
