1. Alton Towers Scarefest (7th – 31st Oct)
The annual Halloween extravaganza is back and better than ever, as the theme park introduces all-new attractions including Freak Show, The End Games and Mine Tours. This is one not to be missed, are you brave enough to enter?
Alton Towers is only a few miles up the road from our main depot making it very easily accessible for us here and should be at the top of your list of things to do this half term. 2. The Haunted Castle – Warwick Castle (21st – 31st Oct)
Developed from an original castle built by William the Conqueror in 1068, Warwick Castle is a place of jaw-dropping history, magic, myth and adventure. With the all-new horrible histories, maze get lost in time this half term and discover the history through many of their spectacular seasonal events.

3. Disney On Ice – Birmingham NIA (18th – 29th Oct)
From 22nd Oct to the 2nd Nov, Mickey and Minnie take to the ice for the grand 100 years of magic show. Expect stunning choreography, elaborate sets and beautiful costumes along with 60 unforgettable Disney characters that span the decades.

3. Legoland – Brick or Treat (14th – 30th Oct)
Bring your monsters to Legoland Windsor Resort this half term and experience all of the spooktacular events they’ve got going on. Such as the Pumpkin Patch where you can build your own lego pumpkin, lego big build – help build a giant model of a skeleton, and why not pay Lord Vampyre a visit – we promise he doesn’t bite!

5. Thorpe Park Fright Nights (7th -31st Oct)
If you think you know Fright Nights think again, celebrating 15 years its the nations favourite Halloween experience. With live actors, horror mazes and after dark riding this is a must do for all thrill seekers, be sure to test your nerves this half term.

7. Basingstoke’s day of the dead (Friday 27th Oct)
This unique event returns for its third year, proving popular for visitors up and down the country, you will find sugar skulls and mariachi bands gracing the town streets to create this spectacular event. Have you ever seen a flashmob? Join the parade starting at the bottom of Wote Street and proceeding to Market Place where the flashmob dance spectacular will take place!
