If you are a true lover of theme parks you have to give it a go this summer. Dive into the X-Sector and experience the first ever vertical drop coaster and The Smiler. The queen of speed ‘Rita’ which accelerates to 60 mph in 2.5 seconds and Thirteen can be found in The Dark Forest to name just a few seat gripping rides Alton Towers has to offer. However if these don’t sound like your thing take a trip to Cloud Cuckoo Land or CBeebies Land for something a little bit more friendly.

Monstrous rides make up most of Thorpe Park, it really is one for the ‘bigger kids’ with Stealth, Nemesis Inferno and The Saw ride under its belly its perfect for the thrill seekers.
