Bus Service – Amazon Fulfillment Centre
Bouden Coach Travel are chosen to fulfill the transport needs of Amazon (amazon.com) the world’s largest online retailer.
There requirement consisted of personnel transportation via bus service from different areas in Birmingham to the Amazon fulfillment center located in Rugeley.
Our dedicated team were able to create and send a bespoke proposal in less than 4 hours from receiving the initial enquiry. This new bus service consists of picking up staff from 6 different locations, including Birmingham Corporation Street, Erdington Six Ways, Boldmere Highbridge Road, Kingstanding Circle, Streetly, Hardwick Arms, and finally Shire Oak Cross Road before dropping them off at the fulfillment centre. After being approved, we were able to drill down and confirm exact pick up locations as well as producing signs for each vehicle.
Cash handling and the registering of staff on board by our drivers were key aspects that were outlined. We are proud to say that the multiple drivers that will be used daily for the service drive for us 24/7 365 days a year, they specialize in all things travel, have many years experience and take great pride in the customer service they offer. Standard vehicles were requested for the bus route, however here at Bouden Coach Travel we specialize in executive and luxury travel, therefore our fleet only consist of higher level coaches. This meant that Amazon were upgraded free of charge to executive vehicles. These include our very own executive Mercedes Tourismo Coaches, we are proud to say that these vehicles embody our brand, they are well appointed, stylish, lavish, luxurious, clean, and include facilities such as air conditioning, climate control and lavish full/part leather seating, more than perfect for the job.
Here at Bouden Coach Travel we can cater to any requirement, we weren’t the cheapest option on the table however the company chose use because of our professional reputation, positive testimonials and reliability. This is our first bus service but definitely not our last as it has been proven to already be a success. Creating the location specific bus route for Amazon was easy for our team of dedicated account managers, in just 4 hours we were able to construct and send the proposal to the client, by 17:00 the contract was confirmed with our specialized rates and the rest is history.
